Each of the drawers are constructed utilizing only solid oak pieces for the backs, bases and runners - which ensures that the drawers will last, without buckling and falling apart which is common in models that utilise MDF in the drawer construction.
In fact this entire oak sideboard is made from solid oak, put together by skilled craftsmen to deliver a furniture item with an obviously superior level of quality. Great attention to details is paid during the construction process which is apparent throughout this item. To finish the sideboard off, a tinted wax coating is applied which both protects and emphasizes the underlying grain present in the oak.
